Become a JA Coach
Individual hybrid opportunity, 6-12 sessions
The power of coaching is a critical tool in developing the potential of young adults. This initiative, for youth between 16 and 21 who have a barrier to work/school, deploys age appropriate workforce readiness resources that lead participants directly into a job or a career-focused educational or training program.

Volunteering
JA Finance Park: Fall 2025
14 volunteers per day, multiple opportunities, multiple location
Middle and High School students dive into a persona-based financial simulation. Volunteers guide students through their financial decision-making. Volunteers lead with JA materials as students explore personal finance, education, family, business, income scenarios, and how they all tie together to create the type of lifestyle a student sees for themself.
