JA Company Program® empowers high school students to fill a need or solve a problem in their community and teaches them practical skills required to conceptualize, capitalize, and manage their own business venture. (Grades 9-12)

When: Monday, November 03, 2025 - Friday, March 20, 2026

Where: Various Sites in Southeastern PA

Time: 5:00 PM ET

 

JA Company Program After-School is our signature High School Program! High school students work together, with the guidance of business professionals, to create a successful startup in this after-school program! During the process, students learn about the inner workings of a business, skills applicable to almost any field, and what it takes to operate in a global economy. Companies such as Pfizer and Accenture provide mentors who ensure that students gain the most possible out of this experience.

The 2025-2026 JA Company Program After-School will be an in-person program, running for around 16 weeks during the 2025-26 school year, starting November 3rd. The program will meet in-person at local businesses. Meetings occur for two hours on either Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays.

Application will open in August!

2025-26 Host Sites will be announced this Summer.
