Impact
As the Corporate Engagement Manager, you will be the strategic connector between JASEPA’s mission and the regional business community. You will cultivate partnerships, recruit and engage volunteers, and design experiences that directly impact more than 25,000 young people annually. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives on relationship-building, strategic thinking, and purpose-driven work.
This position will work closely with our Development and Programs teams to grow and energize our network of 800+ volunteers and corporate partners. The position is hybrid, with flexibility to work remotely and regular travel (25%–40%) across Southeastern Pennsylvania to meet with partners, attend events, and support volunteer engagement efforts. This position reports directly to the VP, Development.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Co-develop and implement a plan to expand JASEPA’s corporate partnerships and volunteer network,
working closely with the VP of Development and Leadership Team.
• Initiate partnerships with businesses, universities, and community organizations across the region.
• Design and execute campaigns, communications, and events—alongside Program Staff—that activate
corporate involvement and inspire volunteer participation.
• Maintain CRM records and track engagement metrics to optimize recruitment and retention strategies.
• Collaborate on customized collateral including pitch decks, sponsorship packages, and social media
content.
• Support annual giving campaigns, grant proposals, and signature events that sustain and grow our
mission.
Qualifications (required)
• Two or more years of experience in business development, fundraising, or corporate engagement.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship-builder.
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, mission-driven settings.
• Confident presenting, networking, and representing a youth-focused nonprofit.
• Organized and tech-savvy; proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, communications, or related field.
• Passion for youth development—and a great sense of humor.
