JA Titan Challenge 2021

Featuring: JA Titan Blended

JA Titan Blended is a simulation-based program in which high school students compete as business CEOs in the phone industry, experiencing firsthand how an organization evaluates alternatives, makes decisions, analyzes the outcomes of those decisions, and then strategizes what to do next. (Grades 9-12) The blended model comprises 11 sessions that include tutorial sessions, game-play strategy sessions, a competition session, and deep dive sessions. Participants complete a minimum of 5 sessions, in any order. An optional event or in-class competition may be included.

JA Titan puts students in the role of CEO while still in high school. They put their economic knowledge to the test making management decisions and exploring the interplay between budget, profit, CSR, production and more!

Registered classes will receive 5 activities consisting of self-paced learning resources. Students will also receive access to the JA Titan Simulation to practice applying these learning topics to decisions for a Cell Phone Company. Registration for the JA Titan Challenge, a free head-to-head competition between teams from schools throughout the region, will be open Nov 1-5! The Semi-Final rounds will take place the week of November 15th, with the Regional Final on December 2 from 4pm-7pm!
