JA Rising Women empowers high school students through a transformative learning and coaching experience - encouraging students to explore all career possibilities, inspiring them to dream big, and preparing them to succeed!

This experience features:
Guided Volunteer/Student Activities and Ice Breakers
Guest Speakers and Panel Discussion
Networking Lunch

*Students will complete pre and post-work in addition to the culminating event as part of the overall program.*

JA provides meaningful experiences to ensure that young women are able to expand their opportunities and level the playing field on careers, business ownership, income generation, and advancement.
