JA Rising Women empowers female high school students through a transformative learning and mentorship experience that inspires them to dream big and prepares them to succeed in the next phase of life, whatever that might be.

Featuring Guided Mentor/Student Activities and Ice Breakers, Guest Speakers and Panel Discussion.

Event focus on Women in Nontraditional Careers. Encouraging students to explore all career possibilities regardless of gender.

JA provides meaningful experiences to ensure that young women are able to expand their opportunities and level the playing field on careers, business ownership, income generation, and advancement.
