JA Company Program empowers high school students to fill a need or solve a problem in their community and teaches them practical skills required to conceptualize, capitalize, and manage their own business venture. (Grades 9-12)

JA Company Program After-School is our signature High School Program! High school students work together, with the guidance of business professionals, to create a successful startup in this after-school program! During the process, students learn about the inner workings of a business, skills applicable to almost any field, and what it takes to operate in a global economy. Companies such as Pfizer, Accenture, and SAP provide mentors who ensure that students gain the most possible out of this experience.

The 2022-2023 JA Company Program After-School will be an in-person program, running from the week of November 7, 2022 through March 13, 2023. The program will meet in-person at local businesses. Meetings occur for two hours on either Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays.

The 2022-2023 program has launched, and we are no longer accepting applications. If you would like to be notified when the application for next year's program launches in late August, please click the button below to submit your email.
