JA Company Program® empowers high school students to fill a need or solve a problem in their community and teaches them practical skills required to conceptualize, capitalize, and manage their own business venture. (Grades 9-12)

JA Company Program After-School is our signature High School Program! High school students work together, with the guidance of business professionals, to create a successful startup in this after-school program! During the process, students learn about the inner workings of a business, skills applicable to almost any field, and what it takes to operate in a global economy. Companies such as Pfizer, Accenture, IKEA, and SAP provide mentors who ensure that students gain the most possible out of this experience.

The 2021-2022 JA Company Program After-School will be a primarily virtual experience, running from the first week of November until Mid-March. The program will meet and communicate via Video Calls/Microsoft Teams. Meetings occur for two hours on either Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays. There are no required in-person elements to this year's program. See the FAQ below for more information about the program.
