Junior Achievement believes in the extraordinary potential of every student, where dreams take flight, and a bright future begins. We're on a mission to empower young people, helping them bridge the gap between what they learn in school and future work and career success, equipping them for economic mobility and the pursuit of their own ambitions. 

This initiative includes serving 3,000+ middle and high school students within the School District of Philadelphia!

It's time to take the leap and become a Junior Achievement volunteer! Your journey with us starts here, and we're excited to have you on board... 

1. Connect: Fill out our volunteer survey. Share your interests and availability so we can match you with the perfect opportunity.
2. Choose Your Experience: One-day or multi-week? Middle or High School? In-person or Virtual? View the available volunteer opportunities and sign up. (details will be updated soon, examples below - one session is about 45-60 mins.)
   1. Philadelphia - Middle School - Several hours in one day
   2. Philadelphia - High School - One session a week over several weeks
   3. Kennett Square - One session a week over several weeks
   4. Methacton - Several hours in one day
3. Orientation: We'll provide you with all the necessary information and training you need to get started. We want you to feel confident and well-prepared for your role. Multiple orientation dates to pick from. (dates coming soon)
4. Engage: Once you're set up and ready, it's time to engage with students and share your knowledge and experiences. You'll be making a meaningful impact in no time.
