Chad is the Chief Operating Officer for Forge Health. In this role, Chad leads the operating design, strategies and processes that enable care delivery to behavioral health clients across the Northeast United States. Prior to joining Forge Health he served as COO of Optum Behavioral Health.

Chad is a proud graduate of Bloomsburg University (B.A., Political Science) and the Pennsylvania State University (M.B.A). Prior to joining UHG Chad served in various operating executive roles across the Property & Casualty and Health Care insurance industries.
