2024-25 JA Company Program After-School

JA Company Program empowers high school students to fill a need or solve a problem in their community and teaches them practical skills required to conceptualize, capitalize, and manage their own business venture. (Grades 9-12)

JA Company Program After-School is our signature High School Program! High school students work together, with the guidance of business professionals, to create a successful startup in this after-school program! During the process, students learn about the inner workings of a business, skills applicable to almost any field, and what it takes to operate in a global economy. Companies such as Pfizer and Accenture provide mentors who ensure that students gain the most possible out of this experience.

The 2023-2024 JA Company Program After-School will be an in-person program, running for around 15 weeks during the 2024-25 school year (official dates TBA). The program will meet in-person at local businesses. Meetings occur for two hours on either Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays.
